Shipping & Return Policy

We get it – online shopping can be tricky.
We want to make your online shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.  We only ship to domestic USA.

  • Items are shipped via ground USPS or UPS, unless otherwise noted at check-out.  An email confirmation with a tracking number is sent once your order is processed and shipped.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.   Remember, all orders over $50 qualify for Free Shipping! 

  • We offer exchanges or store credit only on all returns – and we will throw in Fred Shipping next time.  Customers must notify us via email within 30 days of purchase that an item is being returned.  Once we receive the returned item, a store credit or exchange will be issued via email.  Returned items must be unused with tags attached.
