Today, more than 95% of the garments sold in the states are made elsewhere. 12PM is working hard to shift this statistic back the other way. They focus their efforts on local production while building a reputation of great quality and style.  They are committed to producing great products and keeping/creating jobs here in the U.S.

We want to make your online shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.  We only ship to domestic USA.

• Shipping:
  Items are shipped via ground USPS or UPS, unless otherwise noted at check-out.  An email confirmation with a tracking number is sent once your order is prepared and shipped.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.   All orders over $75 qualify for Free Shipping! 
  
  
• Exchanges/Returns:
  We offer store credit with free return shipping on all returns. Customers must notify us via email within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused with tags attached. A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed for the return.  Once we receive the returned item, a store credit via a gift-card will be emailed.
